TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any personal information gathered by Techbooks when a customer places an order is purely for shipping purposes or to contact the customer. This information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
While every effort is made to keep pricing information up-to-date, prices are subject to change without notice. Where prices have changed from those listed on the website we will contact the customer and only proceed after receiving confirmation.
Although Techbooks will make every effort to supply all orders placed on this site, the listing of titles and/or the placing of orders do not constitute a guarantee to supply. The confirmation sent out to customers when they have placed an order is simply a confirmation that we have received the order - it does not constitute an acceptance of the order on our part.
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act Techbooks will ONLY accept returns for the following:
- Goods damaged prior to delivery
- Goods damaged in transit to the customer – these MUST be returned with the original packaging
- Goods supplied which were not ordered
- Goods supplied which do not match their description.
If any of these occur please contact us BEFORE returning to receive instructions.
Wherever possible damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by Techbooks; where this is not possible a full refund will be given.
Techbooks is not able to accept returns where a customer has made an incorrect choice or has changed their mind.
Customers wishing to cancel an order must do so by email before 9.00am (NZ time) the day after placing their order.
Credit Card Transactions:
As of the 30th July 2017 all Credit Card
Transactions will be processed through Payment Express.
